chalkboards- wood and chalk nu art 06 2006 South Florida Cultural Consortium Visual & Media Artists Fellowship Exhibition, University Galleries, Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL Each chalkboard and its aphorism were
developed by listening to my internal dialogue and influenced no doubt by my
traumatic, early childhood experience with school. The chalkboards vacillate
between the humorous and the serious, many of which are sarcastic
observations concerning the contradictory and/or petty nature of human
behavior. |
